Acknowledging the importance of the investment in human, Turan Prince Hotels group started to focus on personnel trainings even more in 2006 and starting from 2007, it has completed its studies in pre-season and on-site trainings and vocational trainings. These trainings will continue throughout the year in order to provide trained personnel. It is planned to acquire a corporate structure by obtaining all required quality certificates.
